Author of The Centre

I am a writer of poetry and reflective prose, exploring themes of recognition, language, meaning, and the inner life. My work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by a fascination with what is felt before it is explained, what is known before it is named, and how language can illuminate what we already carry within us.

I write to give voice to experiences that often resist easy description, moving naturally between poetry and prose because life itself does not arrive in neat categories. My writing invites readers into moments of reflection, encouraging them to pause, notice, and recognise truths that may have been present long before they were understood.

I am the author of The Centre: Seed • Flower • Language • Being, a book born from the belief that some of our deepest insights are recognised long before they can be fully articulated. Rather than offering answers, my work seeks to create spaces for recognition, connection, and contemplation.

Through my writing, I hope to explore the subtle relationship between language and experience, helping readers find words for what they have always known but may never have been able to express.
